The Noida Authority has decided to restart the construction work of the Chilla elevated road corridor starting from Sector 14A Chilla regulator near Mayur Vihar in Delhi to Mahamaya flyover in Noida involving ?650 crore investments. The elevated road, once completed, will make the Noida-Delhi drive signal-free
A Detailed Project Report (DPR) is being sent to the administration and work will resume once the approval is granted. The elevated road will cater to the needs of lakhs of people in Delhi and the NCR, as it will provide entry and exit points and ramps installed on the road making it convenient for commuters. The elevated road will be connected to Noida's Sector 14, 15, 16, 18, and DND (Delhi-Noida direct) flyway. It will become the second road after the DND Flyway to connect Noida with Delhi and once completed and opened for the public, the traffic situation will improve drastically, not just on the Noida Film city roads but on other roads as well
